Gratitude is a feeling that is so often unexpressed:  a memory that is held within the heart and treasured more with every passing day.  My gratitude is deep and profound; it is for a kindness done and a gift given.

Through talent and knowledge, Dr. Portuese has gifted me with a renewed joy for life, and sparked a fresh and revitalized self confidence. He is an artist beyond measure. One who revels in giving back to his patients what they desire form life.  I move through the world feeling as though my outward appearance and my inner self are alined with one another.  I have Dr. Portuese to thank for me  feeling like I am the best that I can be.  He is a gifted and talented surgeon, who has earned his reputation with his peers and patients.
